We invite you to try out our training program to become a basketball official with the Big Game Officials Junior Academy program. We provide an exciting opportunity for student-athletes to engage in comprehensive training that not only enhances their understanding of the game but also offers a chance to earn while they learn.

Get PAID!!!... Earn money while working in a sport you enjoy. Our officials are compensated for their work on the court throughout the program with an abundance of opportunities after graduating our program!

Paid Training…Get paid to learn* and develop through our comprehensive training program that covers rules knowledge, game management and other officiating techniques.

Weekend Training…we offer an 8-week session on Saturdays and Sundays utilizing different locations throughout north city. Mentorship…work along some highly experienced officials from the area! Our mentors provide great guidance on how to handle yourself on the court, along with some of the off-court tools officials need to know to stay successful on your journey.
